From 27 March – 21 April, Surfers Paradise will light up in celebration for the 2013 Surfers Paradise Festival
One of the biggest annual events in the Gold Coast’s diary, the festival celebrates the very best of the region’s musical, artistic and cultural output. The street lantern parade on the 27 th March will kick off nearly a month of free festival events, including a set of free concerts on the beach, outdoor film screenings, firework displays, street parties and the renowned Australian Street Entertainment Championships, which features the most talented national buskers, magicians and jugglers.
Most of the festival events cost nothing to attend; are family orientated, and take place in parks and streets near to our Gold Coast apartment accommodation.
Come along and join the party this autumn!
